DG-8 Manual Parts Washer

The Magido DG-8 is a sink-style manual aqueous parts washer built entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel, featuring a 33.5" × 19.5" work surface, a 26.5-gallon heated tank, and a 2 kW thermostat-controlled heater. An external magnetic drive pump circulates heated water-based detergent through a flow-through brush, allowing operators to manually degrease small to medium parts up to 300 lbs. The sink design gives hands-on control for irregularly shaped components, tooling, and shop parts where an automated machine would be impractical. Standard features include a liquid level shut-off to protect the heater and pump. The DG-8's smaller 26.5-gallon tank is suited for lower-volume shops where solution economy matters. Optional cartridge filter and casters available.
