DG8 Manual Parts Washer

The Magido DG8 is a sinkstyle manual aqueous parts washer built entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel, featuring a 33.5" × 19.5" work surface, a 26.5gallon heated tank, and a 2 kW thermostatcontrolled heater. An external magnetic drive pump circulates heated waterbased detergent through a flowthrough brush, allowing operators to manually degrease small to medium parts up to 300 lbs. The sink design gives handson control for irregularly shaped components, tooling, and shop parts where an automated machine would be impractical. Standard features include a liquid level shutoff to protect the heater and pump. The DG8's smaller 26.5gallon tank is suited for lowervolume shops where solution economy matters. Optional cartridge filter and casters available.
