TR-450 Top Load Spray/Immersion Parts Washer
The Magido TR-450 is a compact, ergonomically designed top load parts washer purpose-built for precision cleaning of machined components in manufacturing cell environments. Unlike standard top-load spray cabinets, the TR-450 uses a rotating basket that is simultaneously sprayed from the front, back, and sides while partially submerging during the cleaning cycle — combining spray impingement and immersion in a single automated process that ensures uniform coverage and complete contamination removal on complex small to medium-sized parts. A variable-speed basket rotation of 0.7–2.5 RPM, 60-gallon tank, 2 HP pump, and NEMA-4 rated control panel make the TR-450 a reliable, integration-ready cleaning cell for CNC machining environments. Built entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel.
