In-Line Belt Conveyor Aqueous Parts Washing Systems

The Silver Series is Magido's compact entry-level belt conveyor washer line — continuous automated cleaning in a smaller footprint than the Gold Series. Three models cover 8"–16" belt widths with 40-gallon wash tanks. Belt speed runs 0.7–3.3 fpm, giving parts longer dwell time suited for lighter-volume production or higher-contamination loads. The right fit for small job shops, pilot lines, and machining cells that need conveyor-style throughput without the full scale of the Gold Series. Built from AISI 304 stainless steel throughout. Optional rinse, rust prevention, blow-off/drying, filtration, and oil skimmer available.

The Gold 1b Series is Magido's primary single-stage in-line belt conveyor washer line, built for continuous high-volume cleaning integrated into production lines. Nine models span belt widths from 8" (G200) to 39" (G1000) with wash tanks from 90–140 gallons, covering small fasteners up to large stampings and machined housings. Parts ride the stainless steel mesh belt through precision spray zones at variable speeds (1–5 fpm). Standard features include Siemens PLC, NEMA 4 panel, insulated tanks, steam exhaust, and removable chip baskets. The single wash stage maximizes throughput per footprint. Optional pre-wash, rinse, rust prevention, enhanced drying, and filtration available.

The Gold 2b Series adds a dedicated fresh-water rinse stage to the Gold 1b platform — the right choice when detergent carryover would compromise downstream painting, coating, or assembly. Nine models match the Gold 1b range exactly (8"–39" belt widths), with independent matched wash and rinse tanks (90–140 gallons per stage) and separate pumps on each stage. Belt speed is variable at 1–5 fpm. Common in automotive production lines, precision machining, and medical device manufacturing. Optional pre-wash, additional rinse, rust prevention, enhanced drying, advanced filtration, and oil skimmer available.
