Front Loading Aqueous Parts Washing Systems

The FLS Series is Magido's newest front load spray cabinet line — combining front-door loading with an automatic rotating turntable for full 360° spray coverage. Unlike the X53's fixed platform, the FLS turntable rotates during the wash cycle, eliminating spray shadows on complex parts. Three models offer 30"–45" turntable diameters and up to 1,500-lb capacity. Standard features include a dual-height spray manifold, oil skimmer, auto water fill, and programmable pump timer — a more complete standard spec than comparable machines. Ideal for large castings, gearbox components, and any application where front loading and full rotation are both needed.

The X53 Series is Magido's single-stage front load spray cabinet line, built for large, heavy components that can't be loaded from the top. A full-width front door with safety interlock allows forklift or cart loading of assemblies up to 1,500 lbs, with turntable basket sizes from 43"×43" (L160) to 71"×71" (L240) — handling gearboxes, engine blocks, and structural weldments that no top load cabinet could accommodate. Tank capacity scales from 77 to 185 gallons across the range. The go-to choice for heavy equipment, automotive, and aerospace components. The X53/2 Series is the dual-stage version of the X53 front load cabinet, adding a dedicated rinse stage for processes where detergent carryover is unacceptable. Independent wash and rinse tanks — PLC-controlled, separately heated — are capacity-matched at every model size (77–185 gallons per stage), and all models handle up to 1,500-lb loads through the front door. Specified for painting, coating, precision assembly, and export cleaning where cleanliness must be validated. Common in aerospace, heavy equipment, and high-spec automotive lines.
