MAGIDO Manual Aqueous Parts Washers

The DG Series is Magido's compact sink-style manual parts washer line — a simple, durable aqueous cleaning station for everyday shop floor degreasing. Both models share a 300-lb capacity and a flo-thru brush system powered by an external magnetic drive pump, delivering heated solution directly through the bristles for effective removal of oils, coolants, and light soils. A thermostat-controlled heater and liquid level shutoff are standard. The DG-9 offers a larger basin than the DG-8 for bigger parts. The right choice for toolrooms and maintenance shops that need a low-footprint, no-frills cleaning station without the automation of a spray cabinet. Optional cartridge filter and casters available.

The L Series (Manual) offers Magido's vat-style manual aqueous parts washers — a step up from the DG sink in capacity and work area. Both models feature a deep stainless steel vat with adjustable work grate, thermostat-controlled heater, liquid level sensor, and drain valve. The L-10 provides a larger basin (29") for longer or bulkier parts than the L-7 (19"). Parts soak in heated aqueous solution and are scrubbed by hand — effective for heavy grease and packed-in contamination that needs dwell time rather than high-pressure spray. Well suited for MRO, agricultural equipment, and heavy equipment shops. Cartridge or bag filtration available.

The HP Series is Magido's high-pressure manual cabinet washer line, built for applications where spray impingement is more effective than soaking. An 870 PSI piston-drive pump powers an ergonomic spray wand inside an enclosed stainless steel cabinet, with LED lighting, a viewing window, and a window-clearing blower for visibility. The HP-30 offers a larger cabinet and tank than the HP-25 at the same 350-lb capacity. Particularly effective for removing paint, carbon, rust, and baked-on grease that lower-pressure washers can't shift. Typical applications include engine rebuilding, heavy equipment repair, fleet maintenance, and MRO. Oil skimmer and external filtration available.
