Rotary Drum Aqueous Parts Washing Systems

The Jolly Series is Magido's compact entry-level rotary drum washer line for bulk cleaning of small, loose parts that are impractical to load individually. Both models use a 12" diameter helical auger drum that submerges and advances parts through the wash zone simultaneously — parts tumble through combined submersion and spray cleaning and exit at the discharge end without individual handling. The J320 is single-stage (47" drum); the J320/2 adds a rinse stage (71" drum). Ideal for fasteners, small stampings, hardware, and turned components small enough to tumble freely without damage. Optional rust prevention, blow-off, drying, filtration, and oil skimmer available.

The Spira 1b Series is Magido's main production-scale single-stage rotary drum washer line, covering a wider drum size range and higher throughputs than the Jolly. Four models scale from the SP320 (12" diameter × 67" drum) to the SP950 (37" diameter × 150" drum, 210-gallon tank). The helical auger drum continuously advances parts through the wash zone via submersion and spray, removing oils, coolants, and chips without individual part handling. Drum speed is adjustable for dwell time and tumbling intensity. A proven solution for automotive fasteners, small castings, and stamped components at production volume. Optional rinse, rust prevention, blow-off/drying, filtration, and oil skimmer available.

The Spira 2b Series is the dual-stage version of the Spira 1b, adding a dedicated rinse drum for applications requiring detergent-free parts. Four models match the Spira 1b drum diameter range (12"–37") with extended lengths to accommodate both stages — the SP950/2 runs 208" overall with matched 210-gallon wash and rinse tanks. Each stage operates independently with its own heated solution, pump, and manifold. Specified for parts destined for painting, plating, or precision assembly where detergent residue causes failures. Common in automotive fastener lines, medical device hardware, and high-volume precision stampings. Optional rust prevention, blow-off/drying, filtration, and oil skimmer available.
