L160 Front Load Spray Cabinet Parts Washer

The Magido L160 is a front load spray cabinet parts washer from the X53 Series, featuring a 31.5" load height, 77-gallon tank, and 1,500-lb load capacity. The front-loading door and removable turntable — which transfers directly onto a mobile cart — allow safe loading of heavy components that cannot be lifted into a top-load machine: engine blocks, gear cases, large castings, and heavy fabricated assemblies. Fixed angled V-jet nozzles on a spray ramp deliver heated aqueous cleaning at temperatures up to 160°F across all part surfaces. Built from AISI 304 stainless steel with programmable wash cycles. The L160 is the entry X53 model — suited for facilities where front-load convenience and high weight capacity are required but load height is not the primary constraint. Options include filtration, rinse, and drying.
