L162 Front Load Dual Stage Parts Washer

The Magido L162 is a dual-stage front load spray cabinet washer from the X53/2 Series, featuring a 31.5" load height and 1,500-lb load capacity with separate wash and rinse tanks. The two-stage process ensures large, heavy components emerge residue-free — critical for parts going to coating, precision assembly, or quality inspection where detergent residue causes adhesion failures or contamination. The removable turntable transfers to a mobile cart for safe loading. PLC-controlled sequential wash-then-rinse cycle prevents cross-contamination. Built from AISI 304 stainless steel with temperatures up to 160°F. An optional heavy-duty turntable configuration is available to increase load capacity up to 5,000 lbs for oversized industrial components.
