J320 Rotary Drum Parts Washer

The Magido J320 is a single-stage rotary drum aqueous parts washer from the Jolly Series, featuring a 12" diameter × 47" helical auger drum. Small loose parts — fasteners, stampings, turned components, and small machined parts — are loaded into one end of the rotating drum and carried continuously through the heated wash zone by the internal helix, emerging clean at the other end for non-stop processing without batching. Heated aqueous detergent removes oils, coolants, chips, and contaminants effectively. Built from AISI 304 stainless steel. The J320 is a single-stage wash-only system suited for lower-volume operations where a rinse stage is not required.
