J320 Rotary Drum Parts Washer

The Magido J320 is a singlestage rotary drum aqueous parts washer from the Jolly Series, featuring a 12" diameter × 47" helical auger drum. Small loose parts — fasteners, stampings, turned components, and small machined parts — are loaded into one end of the rotating drum and carried continuously through the heated wash zone by the internal helix, emerging clean at the other end for nonstop processing without batching. Heated aqueous detergent removes oils, coolants, chips, and contaminants effectively. Built from AISI 304 stainless steel. The J320 is a singlestage washonly system suited for lowervolume operations where a rinse stage is not required.
