PM400 Rotary Immersion Parts Washer
The Magido PM400 is a 2-stage rotary immersion parts washer from the Platinum Series — the entry-level model and the only 2-stage configuration in the line, featuring wash and rinse phases without a dedicated third stage. The Platinum Series cleaning process combines three simultaneous actions: direct spray impingement, full hydraulic immersion purging, and rotational agitation of the containment basket. This multi-action approach cleans complex precision components with internal bores, channels, and blind passages more thoroughly than spray-only or immersion-only systems. Built from AISI 304 stainless steel. The PM400 is suited for turbine components, valve bodies, hydraulic manifolds, and precision machined assemblies requiring thorough, repeatable cleaning — a practical entry point for facilities moving from spray-only to multi-action cleaning.
