PM400 Rotary Immersion Parts Washer

The Magido PM400 is a 2stage rotary immersion parts washer from the Platinum Series — the entrylevel model and the only 2stage configuration in the line, featuring wash and rinse phases without a dedicated third stage. The Platinum Series cleaning process combines three simultaneous actions: direct spray impingement, full hydraulic immersion purging, and rotational agitation of the containment basket. This multiaction approach cleans complex precision components with internal bores, channels, and blind passages more thoroughly than sprayonly or immersiononly systems. Built from AISI 304 stainless steel. The PM400 is suited for turbine components, valve bodies, hydraulic manifolds, and precision machined assemblies requiring thorough, repeatable cleaning — a practical entry point for facilities moving from sprayonly to multiaction cleaning.
