A solvent sink or low-pressure parts washer relies on the operator to brush contamination loose. It's slow, inconsistent, and exhausting on a full workload.

The Magido HP Series is built around an 870 PSI piston-drive pump feeding an ergonomic spray wand. That high-pressure stream blasts baked-on grease, carbon, and machining residue off parts in seconds — the machine supplies the cleaning energy, so the operator simply directs it. Foot-pedal activation keeps the work hands-free and precise.

Enclosed Aqueous Cabinet — Safer and Cleaner

Open solvent sinks expose workers to fumes and require hazardous solvent handling and disposal. The HP Series is a fully enclosed, LED-illuminated cabinet that uses heated water-based detergent instead of solvent — no flash hazard, no solvent fumes, and far simpler waste handling.

A window-clearing air blower keeps visibility clear during washing, a thermostat-controlled heater holds wash temperature, and a liquid-level sensor with low-water shut-off protects the pump. Like every Magido machine, the cabinet, tank, and work tray are built entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel, so there's nothing to corrode.

HP25 and HP30 — Real Working Capacity

Two models cover most shop needs. The HP25 offers a 23" x 31.5" work area, 40-gallon tank, and 350 lb load capacity; the HP30 steps up to a 27.5" x 47.5" work area and 45-gallon tank with the same 350 lb capacity. Both run the 870 PSI (430–870 PSI adjustable) spray wand at 3.7 GPM and hold wash temperature up to roughly 113°F.

With UL/CSA certification, a NEMA 4 electrical enclosure, and E-stop and main-power disconnect, the HP Series is built for daily production use, not occasional cleanup.

Step Up to Automatic: The X51 HP Combination

When manual high-pressure spot-cleaning isn't enough on its own, Magido's X51 HP series — part of the top-load lineup — combines both methods in a single machine. It runs the automatic X51 rotary turntable with calibrated V-jet spray nozzles for hands-free batch cleaning, then gives the operator an integrated 870 PSI high-pressure wand for manual spot-cleaning of stubborn areas in the same cabinet.

Three X51 HP models (L101HP, L102HP, L122HP) span 35"–45" turntables, 440–770 lb capacities, and 46–74-gallon tanks, running up to 160°F.
