S200 In-Line Belt Conveyor Parts Washer

The Magido S200 is a compact single-stage in-line belt conveyor parts washer from the Silver Series, featuring an 8" wide stainless steel mesh belt, a 40-gallon wash tank, and a 32" loading height. Parts are placed on the belt and carried automatically through the heated aqueous spray zone at 0.7–3.3 fpm — slower and more adjustable than the Gold Series for tunable dwell time on lighter contamination loads. The lower 32" loading height makes the S200 easier to integrate ergonomically into existing lines without platform modifications. Built entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel with temperature control and precision spray nozzles. The Silver Series is designed for operations needing automated inline cleaning in a compact footprint where the Gold Series would be oversized.
