The Magido L103 is a dual-stage top load spray cabinet washer from the X51/2 Series, featuring a 35" turntable, a 35-gallon wash tank, a 23-gallon rinse tank, and a 440-lb load capacity. A Siemens PLC and Weintek HMI control the sequential wash-then-rinse cycle automatically, transitioning between tanks to prevent cross-contamination and ensure parts emerge residue-free. This two-stage process is essential for parts going directly to coating, plating, precision assembly, or quality inspection where detergent residue is unacceptable. Built from AISI 304 stainless steel with independent heaters for each tank, fluid level sensors, and a 7 RPM rotating turntable.
