L103 Top Load Dual Stage Parts Washer

The Magido L103 is a dualstage top load spray cabinet washer from the X51/2 Series, featuring a 35" turntable, a 35gallon wash tank, a 23gallon rinse tank, and a 440lb load capacity. A Siemens PLC and Weintek HMI control the sequential washthenrinse cycle automatically, transitioning between tanks to prevent crosscontamination and ensure parts emerge residuefree. This twostage process is essential for parts going directly to coating, plating, precision assembly, or quality inspection where detergent residue is unacceptable. Built from AISI 304 stainless steel with independent heaters for each tank, fluid level sensors, and a 7 RPM rotating turntable. The L103 is the entry dualstage model — the right fit for medium parts requiring validated residuefree cleaning. Options include filtration and drying.
