Two specialized lines, ultrasonic cleaning systems and pipe & tube washers, are built to the same AISI 304 stainless standard and are available to order even though they aren't featured in our standard US lineup. Ultrasonic Cleaning Systems (ULTRA Series)

When parts demand the highest level of cleanliness — fine particulate removal, intricate internal passages, delicate or high-tolerance components — ultrasonic cleaning reaches where spray and even immersion agitation cannot. Magido's ULTRA series pairs a pneumatic immersion platform with a high-power ultrasonic system: as parts are submerged in heated aqueous solution, ultrasonic cavitation generates microscopic bubbles that implode against every surface, lifting contamination from blind holes and complex geometry.

Built entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel and operating with aqueous detergent up to roughly 167°F, ULTRA systems include features like an integrated oil-weir tank that continuously separates floating oils to extend bath life. They're ideal for aerospace, medical, precision machining, and any application where a visually clean part isn't clean enough.

Pipe & Tube Washing Systems (Titanium Series)

Long profiles, tubes, and cylinders don't fit or clean well in a standard turntable cabinet. Magido's Titanium pipe washers are purpose-built for the spray washing of pipes, profiles, and cylindrical parts, using aqueous detergent up to roughly 158°F and an operator-controlled pneumatic door.

Built from AISI 304 stainless steel and available in single- or dual-treatment configurations (wash, or wash plus a second stage), these systems suit tube mills, hydraulic-line fabrication, and any operation producing long cylindrical components that need consistent internal and external cleaning.
