G1000/2 In-Line Belt Conveyor Parts Washer

The Magido G1000/2 is the largest dual-stage model in the Gold 2b Series, featuring a 39" wide belt with a 140-gallon wash tank and dedicated rinse stage — the widest belt configuration in the Gold line. It accommodates the largest parts that can pass through an inline conveyor while delivering the residue-free output of a two-stage wash-and-rinse process. Belt speed adjusts from 1–5 fpm. Built from AISI 304 stainless steel with independent temperature control per tank and programmable cycles. The top choice for high-volume production operations requiring maximum belt width and clean output.
