G200/2 In-Line Belt Conveyor Parts Washer

The Magido G200/2 is a dual-stage in-line belt conveyor parts washer from the Gold 2b Series, featuring an 8" wide stainless steel mesh belt with separate 90-gallon wash and rinse tanks. The sequential wash-then-rinse cycle eliminates detergent residue — essential for parts going directly to coating, plating, anodizing, or precision assembly where surface cleanliness is verified. Belt speed adjusts from 1–5 fpm. Built from AISI 304 stainless steel throughout with independent temperature control per tank and programmable cycles. The G200/2 is the entry-level dual-stage Gold model — best for small precision components on narrow conveyor lines where residue-free output is required.
