G1000 In-Line Belt Conveyor Parts Washer

The Magido G1000 is the widest single-stage model in the Gold 1b Series, featuring a 39" wide stainless steel mesh belt and a 140-gallon wash tank. It accommodates the largest parts that can pass through an inline belt conveyor, making it the top choice for high-volume production operations cleaning large industrial components, structural weldments, and wide stampings that exceed the capacity of all narrower Gold 1b models. Belt speed adjusts from 1–5 fpm for tunable dwell time. Built from AISI 304 stainless steel throughout with temperature control and programmable cycles.
