The Magido G1000 is a single-stage in-line belt conveyor aqueous parts washer from the Gold 1b Series, engineered for high-volume continuous cleaning in production environments. Parts ride a stainless steel mesh belt through precision spray zones using heated aqueous detergent for thorough removal of oils, greases, and machining residues. Constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, the G1000 features adjustable belt speed, temperature control, and programmable wash cycles. The Gold 1b Series uses environmentally safe water-based cleaning solutions, making it ideal for manufacturing operations requiring automated inline cleaning with repeatable quality.
