G400 In-Line Belt Conveyor Parts Washer

The Magido G400 is a single-stage in-line belt conveyor parts washer from the Gold 1b Series, featuring a 16" wide stainless steel mesh belt and a 90-gallon wash tank. The 16" belt width is a practical mid-range choice for operations cleaning a mixed variety of part sizes on the same production line. Belt speed is adjustable from 1–5 fpm to tune dwell time for different contamination levels. Built from AISI 304 stainless steel throughout with temperature control and programmable wash cycles. Well-suited for automotive components, machined housings, and mixed-part production lines where more belt width flexibility is needed than the G200 or G300 provide.
