G500 In-Line Belt Conveyor Parts Washer

The Magido G500 is a single-stage in-line belt conveyor parts washer from the Gold 1b Series, featuring a 20" wide stainless steel mesh belt and a 120-gallon wash tank. The step up to 120 gallons — over the 90-gallon G200–G400 models — reduces solution temperature drop under continuous load, making the G500 better suited for sustained high-throughput production shifts. Belt speed is adjustable from 1–5 fpm. Built from AISI 304 stainless steel throughout with temperature control and programmable cycles. The right choice when medium-sized parts or higher production rates require more solution stability than the smaller-tank models can maintain.
