G800 In-Line Belt Conveyor Parts Washer

The Magido G800 is a single-stage in-line belt conveyor parts washer from the Gold 1b Series, featuring a 31" wide stainless steel mesh belt and a 140-gallon wash tank. Parts up to approximately 28" wide clean without manual reorientation, and the 140-gallon tank maintains stable solution temperature through high-load production shifts. Belt speed adjusts from 1–5 fpm. Built from AISI 304 stainless steel throughout with temperature control and programmable cycles. Designed for heavy production environments cleaning engine components, transmission cases, and large machined parts at sustained throughput rates.
