G600 In-Line Belt Conveyor Parts Washer

The Magido G600 is a single-stage in-line belt conveyor parts washer from the Gold 1b Series, featuring a 23" wide stainless steel mesh belt and a 120-gallon wash tank. Parts up to roughly 20" wide clean in a single pass without repositioning, making the G600 well-suited for connecting rods, valve bodies, engine brackets, and medium fabricated components. Belt speed adjusts from 1–5 fpm for tunable dwell time. Built from AISI 304 stainless steel throughout with temperature control and programmable cycles. The G600 bridges the gap between mid-range and wide belt configurations without the larger footprint of the G700 and above.
