G300 In-Line Belt Conveyor Parts Washer

The Magido G300 is a single-stage in-line belt conveyor parts washer from the Gold 1b Series, featuring a 12" wide stainless steel mesh belt and a 90-gallon wash tank. The wider belt accommodates slightly larger parts or allows more parts per pass compared to the G200, while the same 90-gallon tank and 1–5 fpm belt speed provide equivalent cleaning performance. Parts travel continuously through heated aqueous spray zones without batching. Built from AISI 304 stainless steel throughout with adjustable belt speed, temperature control, and programmable cycles. Suited for machined components, stampings, and small brackets requiring automated inline cleaning.
