G200 In-Line Belt Conveyor Parts Washer

The Magido G200 is a single-stage in-line belt conveyor parts washer from the Gold 1b Series, featuring an 8" wide stainless steel mesh belt and a 90-gallon wash tank. Parts are placed on the belt and carried through precision spray zones at 1–5 fpm — adjustable for tunable dwell time based on contamination level. Heated aqueous detergent removes oils, greases, coolants, and machining residues continuously without batching or operator handling. Built entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel with temperature control and programmable wash cycles, the G200 is the entry-level Gold 1b model — best suited for small fasteners, turned parts, and precision components that fit within a narrow 8" conveyor lane.
