G500/2 In-Line Belt Conveyor Parts Washer

The Magido G500/2 is a dual-stage in-line belt conveyor parts washer from the Gold 2b Series, featuring a 20" wide belt with a 120-gallon wash tank and dedicated rinse stage. The larger tank provides better solution stability under continuous load compared to the 90-gallon G200/2–G400/2 models — important for sustained production shifts where temperature consistency affects cleaning quality. Belt speed adjusts from 1–5 fpm. Built from AISI 304 stainless steel with independent temperature control per tank and programmable cycles. Suited for automotive and machining lines where medium-sized parts must emerge clean and residue-free.
